Onur Altındağ received his PhD in economics from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Paris I–Sorbonne. An economist specializing in population health, public policy, and social protection, Onur is a former Harvard Bell Fellow and is currently an associate professor of economics at Bentley University.
He is affiliated with the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA), the Households in Conflict Network (HiCN), and the Economic Research Forum (ERF), and is also an invited researcher for J-PAL and IPA’s Displaced Livelihoods Initiative (DLI) and the Humanitarian Protection Initiative (HPI).
