Emma Schluter is a research assistant helping with data collection, management, and analysis for the HAALSA project. She holds a dual MS/MPH degree from Tufts University in food and nutrition policy and programs and public health, with a concentration in epidemiology and biostatistics. Prior to joining HCPDS, Emma worked at the Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging and the Jordan Nutrition Innovation Lab at Tufts University. She has worked on projects examining issues related to nutrition, food insecurity, disability, mental health, and the environmental impacts of food systems.
